Harpper is an influencer marketing operating system operated by Gossip Media. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and platform. You can contact us at info@gossipmedia.co.

Depending on how you use Harpper, we may collect:

• Account data — name, email address and login identifiers.
• Billing data — subscription plan and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never store them.
• Content you enter — influencer records, campaigns, contracts, notes and files you upload.
• Lead data — details you submit through tools such as the ROI calculator.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage data collected via cookies.

• Contract — to provide, secure and support the platform and process your subscription.
• Legitimate interests — to improve the product, prevent abuse, and send relevant business communications.
• Consent — for optional analytics and marketing cookies and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — to keep accounting records and respond to lawful requests.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including our hosting and application platform, Stripe for payments, email delivery providers, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Some providers are located outside the UK/EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months after closure unless a longer period is required by law (for example, six years for financial records).
