These terms govern your use of Harpper, operated by Gossip Media. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using Harpper for business purposes.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by:

• Breaking any law, or infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, reselling or overloading the service.
• Sharing account access with people outside your organisation.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use any influencer or third-party data you enter.

Harpper produces AI-assisted analysis, benchmarks, briefs, reports and recommendations. These are provided for guidance only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or acting on them.

We aim to keep Harpper available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email info@gossipmedia.co.
